Preserve Your Wedding Memories

Would you like your wedding day bouquet to last forever? Have your flowers preserved then framed or arranged in a glass case. This will add beauty to any wall, coffee table or shelf in your new home. We will come to your reception after the pictures have been taken to collect your bouquet and drop it off that same night to start the preserving process while the flowers are still fresh and in good condition. This service is $50 and saves you from making arrangements with your mother, sister or a bridesmaid to leave the reception early to take your bouquet in for preservation. Travel fee applies if event is more than 49 miles from our office. You will need to choose your display case and pre-pay the flower preservation vendor in advance.

A deposit of $150 will cover the preservation cost then you will be contacted by Laura the preservation contact and have a design meeting with her in appoximately 3 weeks after your wedding. You will then be responsible for choosing a case which is another additional fee ranging from $200 and up depending on what you pick. While it is an expensive process keep in mind that it is very tetius to do preservation properly and you will be rewarded with a beautiful masterpiece of your bouquet to keep for years to come! Please allow 6-9 weeks for processing. If we are coordinating and working at your wedding then you must supply us with a check for $150 to give to her as we will take your bouquet to her on the day after your wedding. We will get your bouquet to her for no extra charge. You will not be charged the above $50 fee also that is only for weddings we aren't working at.

Wondering where to get your wedding gown preserved after the Big Day? Bring or ship them to us! Your gown will be hand treated and cleaned individually and is turned inside out to protect beads and embroidery. An exclusive anti-sugar process is used to remove any sugar or water base stains, coffee, cake, champagne, punch, etc. It also prevents the dress from yellowing and keeps the fabric from deteriorating. The dress is then carefully placed in a museum quality box, all materials are acid free. Perhaps someday your daughter or granddaughter will walk down the aisle wearing the same gown that meant so much to you. Keep your gown in the family the right way with the preservation service you can trust! Many brides have saved their gown so a christening outfit can be made for their first child. The preserved dress will be shipped by U.P.S. directly back to you approximately one month after it is received. This includes delivery confirmation so the gown needs to be return shipped to a work or home address as U.P.S. will need to acquire a signature before leaving the dress. Once cleaned and preserved we recommend to store the dress in a guest bedroom or any room away from traffic. Avoid storing in the attic or a basement. The fee for most dresses is $195 plus free UPS ground return shipping. Each dress is automatically insured for $100. If additional insurance is needed the cost is $1 per $100 for the amount you would like to insure. A $25 extra charge will apply if there is extreme soiling, heavy beading, a train or a large gown that needs a deep well box. A $40 extra charge will apply for any silk gowns.
